Substance addiction is a form of thought addiction at its root, and from this root sprouts all sorts of maladaptive behaviors. I focused on what I consider three pillars of creative ability: cognitive independence, subconscious engagements, and neurological flexibility.

I worked to connect Kelly’s focus on substance addiction with my focus on thought addiction, social opportunity, group-think, socialized behavior, and how one achieves independent and creative thought.
