Common symptoms of insomnia include:
• Fatigue, lack of focus, energy, and motivation, and memory problems.
• Sleepiness during the day, irritability, mistake or accident prone.
The most common cause is chronic or situational tension. We’ll practice exercises for each, with the goal of teaching you these exercises.
